This morning brings fog, and lots of it
It's damp.. the kind of morning when the paper you are holding is.. wimpy
there is just nothing crisp about this kind of day
the forecast is another hot one.. so I'll take the morning fog..
I gained 2 lbs this week.. despite my daily walks of at least 3 miles..
time to increase the distance, but in this heat even the dog doesn't want that!
Less food... maybe!
Feeling good.. happy... and wallowing in humidity!
Yep that's me today!!
